Grubs may be out of sight, but they shouldn’t be out of mind. These lawn-destroying pests feed on grassroots, weakening your turf from below and making it vulnerable to further damage. Left untreated, grub infestations can turn a healthy, green lawn into a patchy, brown mess —often attracting animals like skunks and raccoons that dig up your yard looking for a meal.

Grubs are the larvae of beetles, such as Japanese beetles and June bugs. These small, C-shaped white pests live underground and feed on grassroots, causing the grass to die and creating weak, thinning turf.
